Light, Camera, Action! Join Pasadena Community Network at the 12th annual Latino Heritage Parade and Jamaica (pronounced ha-my-ca). PCN is the media sponsor for this special community event. Our full service mobile television studio will capture the parade as they make their way through the streets of Pasadena.
