PCN provides free training to Pasadena residents interesed in producing a show or operating the television equipment on programs produced at Pasadena Community Network's production studio. Programs created by residents will run on The Arroyo Channel on Charter Cable in Pasadena ande stream simultaneously on the PCN website.
